INFINITI Warranty
What is covered
INFINITI Warranty:
INFINITI warrants that for a designated period of time or specified mileage as set out under the section titled “New Vehicle Warranty Period”, your authorized INFINITI dealer will repair or replace any part on the INFINITI vehicle which proves defective in materials or workmanship free of charge, except for those items listed under the caption titled “What is not covered”, subject to the terms and condition of this New Vehicle Warranty.
Applicability:
This warranty applies to INFINITI vehicles registered and normally operated in the country where such INFINITI vehicle is originally sold. For *GCC countries, this warranty is valid in GCC countries where authorized INFINITI dealers are located.
This warranty is provided to the original and subsequent owners of the INFINITI vehicle during the warranty period. * GCC countries indicate Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
Warranty Period:
New Vehicle Warranty Period:
The warranty period begins on the date the INFINITI vehicle is delivered to the first retail buyer or put into use, whichever is earlier, and is valid for the following 5 years or 300,000 KMs, whichever comes first.*
Obtaining Warranty Services:
You must take the INFINITI vehicle to an authorized INFINITI dealer during regular business hours at your expense in order to obtain warranty service. If you are touring in another country and a problem occurs with your INFINITI vehicle, please contact an INFINITI dealer in that country. Warranty service is provided under the provisions stipulated in this booklet. Please note, however, that any problems related to lack of compliance with local regulations and/or the environmental requirements of the country where you are touring are not covered by the warranty.
Conditions:
For proper maintenance and care of your vehicle, the scheduled maintenance services are minimum requirements which should be performed at your initiative as outlined in your Owner's Manual and the Maintenance section of the Customer Information Booklet.

What is not covered
Following is a partial list of conditions when the NEW VEHICLE WARRANTY will not be applied:
- All tires and batteries are subject to a separate warranty, as set out in detail under the section titled "TIRE AND BATTERY WARRANTY".
- Damage or failures resulting from unauthorized modifications or use of any non "Genuine" parts, accessories or equipment.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage or failures resulting from use of non-recommended, improper or dirty fuel, fluid, oil or lubricant.
- Misuse, such as driving over kerbs, over loading, racing, continuous drive after loss of lubricants, oils, refrigerant or water.
