1. What does it cost?
INFINITI VALET is a free service for all INFINITI Owners. Your dedicated INFINITI Service Center will pickup your vehicle in your location and deliver it once the service is completed.
2. How do I request a pickup location?
You can select the location that is most convenient for you, wheather it is your home or the office. Fill in the details of your address in the form below. Our agent may call you to confirm the pickup location in advance.
3. Where is INFINITI VALET offered?
INFINITI VALET is available within a range of 50KM of most of our service centres.
4. How does the collection process work?
On the day of the pickup, you will receive a call from our agent to confirm the location and if there are any special instructions. At the pickup, INFINITI Authorized Distributor personnel will identify themselves (Agency ID and full uniform). Once a full review of the condition of the car has been completed, the signature of the customer authorization and proof of receipt of the unit is given.
5.How is the delivery made?
Your INFINITI Service Centre will contact you once the service is completed and confim the time and place for delivery. Upon arrival, we confirm the work done and request your signature on the repair order.
